• Competitor’s products have to be similar product with equal quality. (Produce same page yield and print quality) 
• Price match is only valid for ads displayed on a web site or in magazine. 
• The competing retailer must have the product in stock. 
• The promotional ad needs to be in display for at least 5 business days. 
• Competing retailer has to have a legitimate and reachable contact number or email for verification. 
• Price match request must be submitted within 72 hours after placing an order on our web site. 

When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

• Prices are compared on product price only. However, if the current order you placed with ColorTonerExpert.com qualifies for Free Ground Shipping, then product prices are compared on our (product-listed price - shipping cost) against competitor’s listed price.

Follow the action steps listed below to initiate a price-match request 

First, submit an order on ColorTonerExpert.com web site for your desired product and write down your order number. Send your order invoice email to sales@colortonerexpert.com with the following information 

Title the email – “Price Match Request” 

• Give us your order number and phone contact information 
• Web site address of competitor’s Product (Please direct us to the exact page where the product is showing) or if the product ad is displayed in a magazine, please fax the displayed ad to us. 
• List our competitor’s price verses our price. 
• List competing retailer’s contact information. (Phone number or email) 
• Our sales staff will review your order and verify the legitimacy of the competitor’s advertising price. (Average verification time will take about 1 to 3 businesses days)

Once the price-match request passes verification, we will process your order immediately and send an order status update to you via email. Likewise, if the price-match request fails the verification process, we’ll notify you via email as well.
