ColorTonerExpert.Com provides its services and products to you subject to the following terms, notices, and conditions. Please read and familiarize yourself with these terms. By using the ColorTonerExpert.Com site, you agree to them. ColorTonerExpert.Com reserves the right, to modify, alter, or update these terms, guidelines, policies, rules, and conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by all such modifications, alterations, or updates.

Performance Guaranteed!

Our Cartridges are made to perform!! Standard cartridges are set to perform, minimally at excellent text printing (with some graphic mix), while our Premium cartridges are built to perform similarly to oem quality/standards. We will gladly send you a replacement should the cartridges will not perform to these standards.

For most items, we offer both a standard (-3) and premium (-4) versions.  

Standard cartridges are remanufactured using a higher percentage of used parts, and are tested for acceptable text based printing. Standard Cartridges have a 90 day warranty.

Premium cartridges are remanufactured using a higher percentage of newer parts/components. Usually, a new drum may be used, but if an oem-used drum will perform to the highest quality, it will be re-used. Premium Cartridges have a full 1-year warranty.

Return/Refund Policy!

Remanufactured & compatible cartridges, unopened, may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product for a full refund less any shipping charges. Orders that received free shipping initially will be charged the original shipping cost (at least $8.00). Merchandise must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, and accompanied by an RPA number. (see RPA section)

If you are returning an unopened item, we will process and issue refund within 10 business days. A 25% restocking fee applies in the event the return is due to wrong product ordered.

Any items over 30 days do not qualify for any returns. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and if you qualified for free shipping in the  original order, you will be charged the cost of shipping.  

Original/OEM products are not eligible for any returns/refunds & warranty/defectives for Original/OEM (less than .1%) must be claimed to the respective OEM/manufacturer.

Return/Refund Shipping/RPA

All items being returned must have a RPA # clearly labeled outside the package, which must be obtained from customer service (via email) prior to returning the order.

  1. E-mail us at return@colortonerexpert.com to obtain a Return Policy Agreement Number (RPA #).
  2. Pack the cartridge properly in a properly padded box. You are responsible for properly packing the cartridge. We suggest you use a carrier with tracking, such as UPS or US mail with delivery confirmation.
  3. Write the RPA # clearly on the outside of the return package.
  4. Incomplete information of the RPA form will not be processed.

Shipping

We offer UPS ground, next day, 2-day, & 3-day shipping options. Shipping charges are based on actual shipping charges plus a $1.95 handling fee. Your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive in separate packages. For your convenience, we are able to provide tracking numbers to allow you to track your package(s).On most items, we ship on the same business day if we receive your order before 2:00 P.M. (PST). However, our normal order processing time is one to three business days. Any orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on a holiday will be processed on the next available business day (Monday through Friday). If your order will be subject to any delays (i.e., back order or further credit card verification), we will notify you immediately. Once we deliver your order to the carrier (i.e., UPS), we will e-mail you a confirmation that your order has been filled and shipped, along with a UPS tracking number for your convenience. The carrier (UPS) will deliver your order based on the delivery method you selected (i.e., Ground, 2nd Day, etc.). We reserve the right to charge additional fees for special requests, bulk orders over $1,000, and pallet orders. In such cases, we will contact the customer before prior to shipment.

Limitation of Liability

ColorTonerExpert.Com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if ColorTonerExpert.Com has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations will apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

ColorTonerExpert.Com is not liable for typographical errors that result in products being listed at incorrect prices, whether it is the fault of ColorTonerExpert.Com or one of its suppliers. ColorTonerExpert.Com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices. In the event that an order has been confirmed and a credit card charged before the order cancellation, ColorTonerExpert.Com will immediately issue a credit to your credit card.
