Return Policy: 30 Day Return on Unopened Merchandise
Any unopened
merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase
date for a full refund or credit less any shipping charges.
Merchandise must be returned in its original, undamaged
condition, and accompanied by an RMA number (see RMA section).
If you are returning an unopened item for refund, we will
process and issue the refund within 10 business days. Refunds
will be made to the credit card originally charged. If payment
was made by check, please allow for an additional 10 business
days for the original check to clear before we may issue a
refund.

Number
Please e-mail us at return@colortonerexpert.com to obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Pack the cartridge properly in a properly padded box.
You are responsible for properly packing the cartridge. We
suggest you use a carrier with tracking, such as UPS or US
mail with delivery confirmation.
Write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the return
package.
