Brother DCP-8020 Laser Toner Cartridges
Using the Brother DCP-8020 Monochrome multifunction copier, there's no need for a separate printer, copier and a scanner. It can work as a standalone copier, and scan both black and colored documents at 9600 dpi interpolated resolution. Albeit it's a bit slower at 17ppm compared to other models in the same series with print speed of up to 30-40 pages per minute. It does not even include a duplexer, or a network interface, just the basic functions.
The DCP-8020 can be connected via USB or parallel ports, but there are upgrade options available if you want to add a wireless interface. Usually, brand new printers include a starter Brother cartridge and drum; these supplies tend to run empty much faster than the regular replacements. The TN530 black toner has page yield up to 3300 pages, while the TN560 toner yields twice at 6500 pages. The drum, DR500 laser drum unit can approximately yield 25,000 pages at 5% coverage. The only snag with this machine is the lack of fax functionality, but print and copy results are clear and excellent.
