The Brother HL-5040 LaserJet is a standard printer that uses laser technology to create crisp text prints. Its print speed is clocked at 13 ppm (pages per minute) for black & white documents, while it's a tad slower when printing with graphics. Paper capacity is not too high or too low, a 250-sheet cassette serves as the main input tray. It weighs a bit heavy at around 23lbs, so might as well think before you place it anywhere.
This printer model supports two cartridge models such as the Brother TN530 black toner and the TN560 high-capacity toner that can yield 6,500 pages before it runs out of toner.
